apt living

We've been in this apartment for 6 months now.

it smells like an ashtray or a smoke shop (at least what I imagine one would smell like).
supposedly it is a closed unit.
but every time the ac turns on we smell it.

I would like to think one day I won't live in an apartment
but  even the 6 months left on the lease feels like it is forever away.

I hope I don't smell like an ashtray. diana you would tell me right?
